Scope of data: Parent/guardian details (first and last name, phone number, email address) and applicant details (first and last name, date of birth, educational history, declarations regarding educational needs or Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Centre (PPP) evaluations).

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent to data processing for admissions purposes) and Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR regarding special category data concerning health and special educational needs.

For correspondence and inquiries – for the time necessary to handle the matter, and no longer than 12 months following the conclusion of contact.

For admissions forms – until the completion of the enrollment process for the given school year or until consent is withdrawn by the parent/guardian. If the student is admitted, the data becomes part of the official student educational records, maintained and archived in accordance with Polish Education Law provisions.

For cookies – in accordance with the duration specified in the file parameters or until deleted by the User.
