Our curricula are based on a general educational framework in accordance with the current regulations of the Ministry of National Education. We choose the most valuable programs. We work on a project basis.
One of the most ambitious and effective methods of education is the project: independent student work – individual or team – on a given topic. A project may take several weeks or months. Projects are good preparation for adult life: Many professionals today work from project to project.
The project method allows students to search for a variety sources of knowledge on their own and develop the knowledge necessary to solve given problems. It is a teaching method that stimulates thinking and teaches teamwork by giving students the opportunity to choose activities at different levels of development, teaching them to apply newly acquired knowledge in practice and share information with others.
The most valuable educational method for children is teaching through action and direct experience. Children must live through new situations, and not just hear about them or see them on the board.
The choice of topics must be based on the interests of the children and it must relate to their life experiences. This is the best way for them to learn. The teacher’s job is to make sure appropriate content, such as math, reading and environmental knowledge, is included in each project.
The teacher sets up the framework and helps find solutions and required materials.
